10-Minute, 3-Dollar, Healthy, Fast-Fix Meals

OK the holidays are over and we’re all a little thicker around our waists, and maybe a little lighter in our wallets.  Here are a few 10-Minute, 3-Dollar Fast-Fix Meals that will whittle down your waist—not your wallet.  I recommend buying a few of your favorite healthy frozen dinners when they are on sale, such as my favorites, Healthy Choice Lemon Pepper Fish and Roasted Chicken.  You can frequently buy them on sale at 2 for $5 dollars.  They last well for up to 3 months in your freezer.  Add a cup of my souper slimming soup for a filling, delicious, under 3-dollar meal in just 10 minutes or less.

Here are a few fast-fix meal suggestions for you below that are fewer than 3 dollars, and are on average, all less than 350 Calories, low in fat, and low in sodium:





INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Healthy Choice Lemon Pepper Fish and 1 cup SOUPer Slim Master Slimming Soup from my SOUPer Slim Diet.
  2. Lean Cuisine Salmon with Basil and Spinach-Add 1 T of chopped, fresh basil after micro waving your dinner.  Sauté a cup of spinach leaves in a teaspoon of olive oil with a pinch of grated nutmeg over medium heat and top onto salmon.
  3. Stir-fry a recommended portion of Green Giant Create-a-Meal Stir-fry and add one cup of red, yellow, or green bell peppers with 4 ounces of large cubed lean beef, pork, or poultry.  You can easily make this Vegan by substituting 1 ¼ cup of low-fat, firm tofu.
