Chair Straddle Squat

I love this move, because it’s a little bit naughty-sexy.  So have some fun with this move!  Remember to begin and keep my Crunchless Abs Set-Up. 


  1. Straddle chair in a plie, toe-point.  Inhale and bend knees into a deep squat keeping a toe-point.  Keep knees tracking directly over 2nd and 3nd toe.

  2. Exhale, to ¼ squat and right side-crunch tilting right hip.

  3. Inhale and squat then, coming up to ¼ squat left side-crunch tilting left hip.
