Make a Plan to Succeed…
If You Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail.
Studies show that making a workout plan will help your reach and achieve your weight loss and fitness goals much faster because it helps to establish a routine. It won’t life your dumbbells or log steps on your pedometer, but Google can make planning your New Year’s workout and diet plan to transform your body easier. You can set up a Google weekly workout calendar to schedule (and carve out) training times and fitness classes. Use Google Docs to manage a spreadsheet that records workouts. Use Google maps to chart or share your favorite hiking, walking, running, or cycling routes. Another great feature is that all the apps are cell phone compatible.
Below is my New Year’s weekly workout chart, which I like to print out and post on my refrigerator, because as the expression goes, “Fail to plan, plan to fail”!
