Why Workout Calendars Work

Like everything in life, studies show developing a game plan significantly improves your chance to succeed.  Seeing progress is a powerfully positive reinforcement for you emotionally and spiritually.  That’s why as part of our two-part “How To Create Your Best Ever Home Workout”, we strongly recommend you develop a smart, “How-to-Succeed” game plan. That’s why we have created our sample 8 Week Guide to Success Workout Calendar as a game plan to help you form your best ever home workout routine.  Notice that every Monday we’ve provided a space to record your weight, because accountability is a key component to helping you succeed—if one of your health goals is weight loss.  Google also lets you personalize and create free calendar downloads at http://www.google.com/calendar, although we found them to be a little time consuming to download.
